Exciting Internship Opportunities Outside Our District
We’ve gathered a list of internship and work-based learning opportunities offered by various organizations outside our District. While we don’t have a direct connection with these programs and haven’t reviewed them ourselves, we’re thrilled to share them with you for exploration and inspiration!
A Few Important Notes:
Academic Credit: If you're interested in earning credit for any of these experiences, you'll need to connect with your success coach. They’ll help you:
- Meet the requirements: Confirm that the program aligns with the 30-hour internship requirement.
- Check your eligibility: Ensure you have the necessary coursework in the relevant pathway. For example, to earn credit for an engineering internship, you must have completed at least one class in the Engineering Pathway.
- Understand documentation: Go over what’s needed, including which semester your internship will be registered in Schoology and the assignments you'll need to complete.
Jump into these opportunities with curiosity and confidence, and let your success coach guide you in making the most of them!
