In this course, students will learn the art of making movies. The class will focus on cinematic storytelling elements such as writing, directing, cinematography, editing, audio, and publishing. Students will analyze film clips from notable Hollywood movies, write their own scripts, create their own storyboards, collect and edit video, add effects, and much more. Students will have access to technology such as cameras, microphones, and editing software. Students will also write, shoot, and edit a short narrative film by the end of the session. Students entering grades 10-12 should bring their district-issued iPads; new students will receive their iPads the first day of class.

Transportation option: Not AvailableLearn about graphic design and how to put your designs onto t-shirts. You will also learn about how to use Adobe Illustrator Software to create your designs. At the end of the week, you’ll take home your own vinyl heat pressed shirts. Open to students of all skill levels.
